By registering and using the site sportlend.com you accept everything stated on this page.

The content of the site

sportlend.com no obligation to review or monitor the content of the sites of users. sportlend.com will remove any infringing content as soon as it had knowledge that it exists.

It is a user´s responsibility to ensure that all materials published on this website are in accordance with the current Serbian Law on Copyright. It is meant by this that the user is authorized to publish the material or that they have a written consent given by the copyright owner. Sportlend.com is not responsible for infringement of copyright and related rights of other persons that have been violated by publishing the material by the user. It is the responsibility of the user only.

Illegal content

It is not allowed to publish any illegal content ( pirated content, pornography with minors, and similar) as well as providing information about where this content can be found. If a user sets such a content or information, sportlend.com will forward every piece of information about them to the authorities without prior notification to the user.

Inappropriate content

It is not allowed to post inappropriate content. By this it is meant:

  • any content that contains a speech of hatred, that invites to and encourages intolerance towards any group
  • erotic and pornographic material
  • unauthorized posting of personal information by third parties
  • publishing untruths and misinformation

such content will be removed from the site and the user will be warned only once by sportlend.com .If the user sets such content again after the warning, they will be excluded from the site without the right to a refund if they leased some of the packages.

Sportlend.com retains full rights to assess whether a content is inappropriate. Administrators and moderators of the site sportlend.com and of all presentations on it are neither obliged to give any explanation to the user, nor does the user have the right to appeal.

Use of content by sportlend.com

sportlend.com has the right to use the content of a presentation for marketing purposes with the permission of the user. The only exception is posting a link to the public content of the presentation in which case spotrlend.com has the right to do so without the permission of the owner.

Responsibilities of sportlend.com

sportlend.com is not is any way responsible for the content of the presentation or for its loss. It is the responsibility of the user to make backups of the content that is set for presentation. The user cannot claim compensation for any lost content from sportlend.com.

sportlend.com is obliged, if it is technically possible, to obtain availability of the content on the Internet. In case of a failure, sportlend.com is to do everything in order to put the content on-line as soon as possible.

If sportlend.com decides to stop working, it is obliged to give its users a period of at least 30 days to remove their content from the site.

sportlend.com is obliged to destroy all the data that the user is entitled to in case of receiving a written request by the user. In this case, sportlend.com may, if it is estimated as necessary, ask the user to prove their identity.

Processing of personal data

sportlend.com has the right to share all the data that the user entered and marked as public with its partners.

sportlend.com has no right to share with third parties those data that the user set for the purpose of registration and those not marked as public.

sportlend.com has the right to use e-mail address of the user to send them informative or promotional material. At any time the user can decide not to receive such information.

Costs

Sportlend.com reserves the right to change the content and price of advanced packages. If the user has bought an advanced package, they will be able to use it under the conditions that were in force at the time of purchase until the expiry of the lease.

Changing the terms of use

sportlend.com reserves the right to change the terms of use. The change comes into force 8 days after its publication on the site. Users will be notified of any changes. If the user does not accept the changed conditions of use, they will have to stop using the site.
